This Senior Manager role will see you lead an effective audit process delivering actionable insights and adding substantial value for ASX-listed companies, privately owned businesses and Not-for-Profits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish objectives and manage a team to complete a thorough audit.
  • Identify and report on client financial risks relevant to external financial reporting requirements.
  • Execute and deliver various external audit engagements in a systematic manner.
  • Prepare high-quality audit reports and documentation.
  • Mentor and develop team members to grow skills and experience.
  • Build strong client relationships with a proactive attitude and multitasking capabilities.
  • Research difficult technical issues and advise clients as a trusted consultant.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify business development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous audit experience in a mid-tier or Big 4 professional services firm.
  • CA qualified or hold a similar relevant overseas qualification.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills for direct interaction with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem solving and analytical capabilities to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborative and consultative approach with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent business development skills to build relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Sound knowledge of IFRS, Australian Auditing Standards, ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act requirements is advantageous.
