This is a chance to develop your generalist, business partnering skills at a leading international law firm.

The Australian arm of the firm has a long history and its HR function sits as part of a wider, well-resourced Asia-Pac and then global team.

As HR Coordinator you will work closely with the firm's National HR Manager to manage on-the-ground needs for the firm's successful Perth office.

You'll also take on national projects and responsibilities with the support of a global HR function including resourcing, admin and remuneration.

Responsibilities will be generalist and include a focus on business partnering in areas such as appraisals & remuneration reviews, system roll-outs, international secondments, HR strategy and L&D.

This position is offered with full-time hours as a maternity leave cover, on a minimum 14-month fixed-term contract.
