We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide holistic support to people with diverse needs in the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized supports to participants, focusing on their unique requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with participants, families, and carers through effective communication and collaboration
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for efficient interaction with stakeholders
  • A flexible schedule to accommodate varying participant needs
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification for emergency response
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check for safeguarding
  • Completion of all four NDIS modules for comprehensive knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Training or experience in non-verbal client work for enhanced support
  • Certificate in medication assistance or willingness to obtain one for safe administration
  • Mental health support for addressing related needs
  • Epilepsy management for providing specialized care
  • Safety Intervention Training (MAPA, MAYBO, REBOC, SI) for proactive risk mitigation
  • Hoisting and transfers for ensuring safe movement
  • Personal care – male or female for catering to individual needs
