Holistic Horizons is looking to expand our teams providing support for NDIS participants from North Brisbane and Moreton Bay areas.

We currently have opportunities for reliable and committed people to provide supports to our participants across a range of needs. Staff have the ability to salary package and increase their take-home pay by reducing tax. Increase your take-home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per year.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Broad and consistent availability.
  • First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Completed all four NDIS modules: https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/

Training and/or experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

  • Confidently working with non-verbal clients.
  • Certificate in medication assistance or willingness to obtain one.
  • Mental health support.
  • Epilepsy management.
  • Safety Intervention Training (MAPA, MAYBO, REBOC, SI).
  • Hoisting and transfers.
  • Personal care – male or female.
