Front Line Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our members, respond to inquiries, and ensure a warm welcome for all visitors in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach to service provision. They will also have experience in handling cash, reconciliation, and operating a computerized point-of-sale system.
- Extensive experience in handling cash, reconciliation, and operating a computerized point-of-sale system is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively is a must
- Demonstrated ability to participate and contribute in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and outcomes is required
