As a Financial Analyst at RSM Australia, you will play a critical role in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial information to advise clients on financial matters. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, identifying accounting issues, and applying basic tax compliance procedures. Additionally, you will assist with tax planning for clients and prepare income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares financial statements and analyzes financial information to advise clients on financial matters.
  • Identifies accounting issues and applies basic tax compliance procedures.
  • Assists with tax planning for clients and prepares income tax returns for individuals, companies, and trusts.
  • Completes requisite regulatory forms and complies with lodgement program by meeting lodgement dates and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major.
  • Commencement of CA or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
