Job Title: Care Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our care team as a registered nurse. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing person-centred care to residents within our facility.


Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing client care within your scope of practice. This will involve considering the physical, social, and psychological requirements of each resident, and creating and updating care plans to reflect their developing needs.


Requirements
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
  • General nursing experience, post-registration
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
