We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives, and staff, and ensure that all interactions are treated confidentially.
- Undertake tasks as delegated by Registered Nurses and perform responsibilities in accordance with the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
- Completion of HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication units of competency.
- Certificate IV in Ageing Support (Aged Care).
- Possession of a current National Police Certificate.
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights.
