Overview:

The Community Care Unit at Bundaberg Hospital is seeking compassionate mental health care professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality patient-centred support. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to develop and implement effective care plans that promote recovery and wellbeing in patients facing mental health challenges.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) within the Community Care Unit, your role will involve providing clinical care and supporting the facilitation of quality nursing services. This includes actively participating in education, management, and portfolio functions, as well as contributing to the capture of information that measures service delivery standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in mental health care, particularly in community settings
