Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Solutions Professional to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the solution design and delivery of products and services in a collaborative team environment using agile methods.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Financial Services team, which sits at the unique juncture of REA Group's vast consumer audience on , the nationally recognised Mortgage Choice brand, and the unparalleled property data and insights offered by PropTrack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit detailed functional requirements from Product Managers, User Experience Designers, user groups and stakeholders and ensure that they are understood and documented in user stories ready for delivery teams
  • Analyse business processes, workflows and user journeys using advanced techniques such as process maps, value stream maps and story boards
  • Identify and communicate any requirement dependencies, issues or risks identified through the analysis process
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Delivery Leads and Developers in the production of solution designs and specifications and ultimately, working software
  • Develop acceptance tests with Product Managers
  • Use analytical skills to support resolution of production issues
  • Run your team's agile ceremonies and input into delivery plans
  • Lead the business analyst guild for the Financial Services Fulfilment Tribe including helping define process, coaching and mentoring
Requirements
  • A few runs on the board – more than 5 years BA experience in HubSpot/CRM product delivery
  • Experience working in very technical and/or data focus teams would be a benefit
  • Strong gap analysis skills, being able to identify areas of improvement, identify issues and recommend alternative solutions
  • Have the ability to read technical business specifications and translate to functional requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run workshops and to communicate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, Consultants, End Users and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience using Agile and Lean methodologies including being an Iteration Manager or Scrum master for your team
