Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solution Lead to join our team at Parity Consulting. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and documentation of business requirements for system migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Analysis Team: Supervise and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
  • System Transition Expertise: Leverage experience in Superannuation and system transitions to support transition processes effectively.
  • Technical Analysis & Solution Design: Provide technical insight and guidance on solutions, focusing on Salesforce, XPLAN, and other Superannuation administration systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact between business units and IT teams, fostering open communication and promoting collaborative solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement test cases and scenarios in collaboration with quality assurance teams.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Superannuation Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Superannuation industry practices, specifically in system migration projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Salesforce, XPLAN, and Superannuation administration systems.
  • Requirements Writing: Proficient in developing comprehensive technical documentation and requirements specifications.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a small team of Business Analysts, with a focus on driving productivity and mentoring team members.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior/Lead capacity.
  • Extensive experience in Superannuation and system transition projects, preferably with a focus on Salesforce and XPLAN.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management principles.
