As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll play a vital role in setting up our housekeeping procedures and processes, recruiting and training an amazing team, and ensuring every guest room and common area meets our high standards. You'll also assist in coordinating the team and delivering excellent cleanliness standards.


Responsibilities:



  • Train housekeeping team members to the highest standard, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel's guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring our guests experience the best possible stay.
  • Implement and maintain our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies within the team, driving efficiency and excellence.
  • Assist in housekeeping projects and team management, working closely with the Housekeeping Manager to achieve our goals.
  • Conduct audits and checks to ensure compliance within housekeeping, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure a clear line of communication between housekeeping and other teams within the hotel, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
