Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at Schnitz, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire and communicate our brand's message effectively. You will work closely with our Marketing team and external agencies to create various types of graphics, including logos, illustrations, layouts, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in responding to design briefs and develop creative solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure design work is delivered on time and to budget.
  • Contribute to team planning and resourcing to ensure the best teams possible are being created for each project.
  • Be a team player and assist with workload as needed.
  • Ensure all design files are saved in an orderly manner in drives.
  • Assist in creating marketing-led presentations for conferences and state meetings.
  • Help deliver finished art for collateral and roll out digital media assets.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an in-house designer or in a similar role.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Dreamweaver).
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A recently updated portfolio showcasing your design abilities.
