Job Description
\As a Strategic Planner and Infrastructure Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our community. You will lead the Contributions Planning Team to plan, fund, and deliver infrastructure projects that meet the needs of our growing population.
\Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Contributions Planning Team to achieve strategic goals and objectives.\
- Oversee development contributions, planning agreements, and financial management to ensure effective use of resources.\
- Prepare and deliver council initiatives in development contributions and contribute to long-term planning.\
- Ensure contributions support the right projects at the right time, aligning with community needs and priorities.\
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Councillors, staff, and external partners, to build strong relationships and drive project success.\
- Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and report on results to ensure transparency and accountability.\\:ul>\
Qualifications and Experience:

- Demonstrated ability to understand relevant planning legislation and interpret planning instruments.\
- Experience in project management, developing project plans, and tracking progress.\
- Leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead, facilitate, and motivate across the organisation.\
- Exceptional customer and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, Councillors, staff, and external stakeholders.\
- Proven high-level written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare well-considered reports for Executive and Councillors.\\:ul>\
