About the Position

This role involves planning for and providing input in council's provision for future infrastructure in line with population growth and development, long-term financial planning, and strategic infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • To plan for and provide input in council's provision for future infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic infrastructure plans
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new infrastructure projects
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of infrastructure assets

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualifications in Civil Engineering, Planning, Project Management or extensive experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning, management, and lifecycle modelling
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
