About the Position
This role involves planning for and providing input in council's provision for future infrastructure in line with population growth and development, long-term financial planning, and strategic infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
- To plan for and provide input in council's provision for future infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic infrastructure plans
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new infrastructure projects
- Maintain accurate records and databases of infrastructure assets
Requirements
- Degree-level qualifications in Civil Engineering, Planning, Project Management or extensive experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning, management, and lifecycle modelling
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
