Strategic Planner Position

Council seeks a creative thinker to join the City Planning Department.

This role involves planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing Council's development contribution plans, policies, voluntary planning agreements, and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will lead strategic funding arrangements for infrastructure projects, advising on State and Federal agencies' policies.

Key tasks include developing a plan for Aerotropolis precincts, reviewing Local Infrastructure Contribution Plans, and comprehensively assessing Strategic infrastructure and land acquisition projects.

We seek a suitably qualified professional in various fields or someone with extensive experience aligned to contributions planning.

Salary is dependent upon relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
