Water Planning Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water/wastewater infrastructure planning and be able to lead and manage a team of planners. They will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for water infrastructure projects.
  • Lead and supervise a team of planners to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
  • Drive proposal writing and business development initiatives to support the company's growth in the water sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or related fields.
  • Demonstrated long-term experience in water/wastewater infrastructure planning.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modelling tools like Infoworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and engage diverse audiences.
