About This Opportunity

This role focuses on delivering flexible support and financial packages to prevent eviction or establish successful tenancies.

You will address issues contributing to risk of tenancy breakdown, achieve outcomes leading to sustainable private rentals, and reduce preventable exits from private rental.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning service delivery with national and state strategic plans.
  • Managing funds within brokerage guidelines.
  • Developing strong relationships with real estate agencies.
  • Participating in safety risk management processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above tertiary qualification in social work or human services field.
  • Current Working with Children Check and driver's license.
  • A working understanding of the human service environment and Residential Tenancies Act 1997.
