Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Systems Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion and other critical systems to enable mission success.
  • Support, design, develop, and implement end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs.
