About the Role:

As a seasoned Portfolio Optimization and Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide success by leveraging your expertise in program office management, project/change management, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective governance routines to optimize the enterprise portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting processes to provide stakeholders with visibility into portfolio performance, timelines, milestones, critical paths, change impacts, and risk profiles.
  • Deliver regular reports to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • SOURCE, COLLECT, and compile information to identify emerging issues, track progress against milestones, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to business and delivery teams, helping to resolve complex issues and drive overall delivery capability and maturity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program office management or project/change management, with exposure to complex initiatives.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing delivery governance processes and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to shape narrative and insights for effective decision-making.
