We are seeking a dynamic Portfolio Planning and Resource Lead to join our Business Systems Portfolio Management Office team in Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our portfolio delivery capability and contribute to the uplift of governance and planning practices across the business.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning strategic priorities with delivery initiatives.
  • Translate capability roadmaps into integrated portfolio plans that reflect strategic intent.
  • Drive the pipeline process from idea to delivery, ensuring initiatives are endorsed and resourced.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view of resource supply and demand, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Sponsors to ensure resource allocations support performance targets.
