As a seasoned employment lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing critical legal advice on all facets of employment law to a leading technology company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert legal guidance on employment law issues, including employee relations, terminations, performance management, and workforce changes.
  • Collaborate with global legal teams and external counsel on investigations, disputes, and litigation.
  • Ensure compliance with key jurisdictions such as Australia.
  • Develop strong relationships with diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice that empowers the business.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of post-admission experience in Employment Law.
  • A blend of law firm and in-house experience is preferred (experience in the Tech/Saas industry would be advantageous).
  • A valid practising certificate and good standing with a relevant law society.
  • The ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust with business partners.

Candidates must have Full working rights in AU.
