Job Opportunity for Experienced Site Manager
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead a range of commercial projects in North Queensland.
">- The ideal candidate will have strong commercial site management experience, with the ability to manage site activity day-to-day, oversee subcontractors, and ensure delivery aligns with program and quality expectations.
- A solid understanding of safety, compliance, and subcontractor management is essential, as well as strong communication skills and a reliable approach.
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence is required.
This role offers a great opportunity for someone based in or open to working across North Queensland. Projects are regional but well-supported, and there's flexibility around engagement (PAYG or ABN) for the right person.
">Requirements:
">- Strong commercial site management experience on projects from $1M to $10M
- Confident in managing trades, coordinating schedules, and driving quality onsite
- Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and subcontractor management
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, self-sufficient approach
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
