About the role
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to support our on-site project teams in the delivery of our growing portfolio of diverse fitout and construction projects around $700k to $25+ million. You'll be responsible for:

  • Championing SHAPE's safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with EHSQ requirements
  • Managing day-to-day on-site activities from site establishment to handover and defect rectifications
  • Maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and managing the delivery of quality work
  • Developing and scheduling programmes in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination with the client, consultants, and stakeholders

About you

  • Experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Procore and MS Project (handy, but notessential)
