Overview

Are you a Site Supervisor with experience delivering commercial projects in the $1M to $10M range? This is a full-time role based in Townsville. There is a consistent pipeline of projects in the future.

You'll be managing site activity day-to-day, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring delivery aligns with program and quality expectations.

The role is paying $120K + super plus vehicle. It is a standard working week.

Responsibilities
  • You'll be managing site activity day-to-day, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring delivery aligns with program and quality expectations.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial site management experience on projects from $1M to $10M
  • Confident in managing trades, coordinating schedules, and driving quality onsite
  • Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and subcontractor management
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable, self-sufficient approach
  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence essential
