Training Program Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our training team. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical training programs.
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of knowledge across all aspects of residential construction and a commitment to best practices in training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relevant, timely, and effective induction training sessions
- Conducting thorough analysis to identify critical skill gaps with our construction and operations teams
- Managing completion of structured inductions, including acknowledgement of policies and procedures
- Delivering engaging training using a blended approach of virtual, online, and in-person delivery
- Mentoring and coaching early career talent to ensure effective career plans are being mapped for their future development
You will also be responsible for identifying ways to improve our technical training programs and onboarding experiences.
Requirements for success in this role include exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to safety, health, and environment procedures.
