Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Patient Monitoring portfolio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class service and technical support to customers, including maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical equipment.
  • Actively participate in the sales process and provide expert technical support throughout the entire customer relationship lifecycle.
  • Manage and support technical escalations, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress according to company process.
  • Determine the most cost-effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime.
  • Travel regularly to cover NSW and ACT regions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering, preferably in the medical equipment or Biomedical industry.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Full AU driver's license and Police Check.
