Job Title: Sales Centre Agent

Are you passionate about delivering a superior customer experience and do you have a passion for travel? We are seeking a vibrant character to join our sales centre team as a Sales Centre Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls, make reservations for holiday stays for our members and guests
  • Play a vital role in our customer journey and be the first point of contact for guests looking to book that memorable holiday, road trip, or getaway
  • Rostered 2 days per week at our Sales Centre office in Gosford and work from home on remaining days
  • Full-time hours for initial 2-week training held Monday to Friday at the Gosford office
  • 7-day roster with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively by maintaining a positive and professional call experience while navigating computer systems and capturing accurate information
  • Strong computer and typing skills, proficiency in MS Office and confident in systems navigation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume call centre environment
  • A motivated and driven individual with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills - you love a chat and bring 100% positive energy to every call
