Sales and Travel Consultant

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Sales and Travel Consultant. You will be responsible for handling inbound phone, email, and web enquiries and converting them into confirmed travel reservations.

You will have the ability to recommend and upsell our full range of travel products, including Guided Holidays, Inspiring Journeys, Short Breaks, and Day Tours. Additionally, you will provide end-to-end travel solutions, from accommodation and insurance to flights and rail.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. You will also be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets.

Responsibilities
  • Convert interest into bookings by handling inbound phone, email, and web enquiries and turning them into confirmed travel reservations.
  • Sell with confidence by recommending and upselling our full range of travel products.
  • Deliver full-service experiences by providing end-to-end travel solutions, including accommodation, insurance, flights, and rail.
  • Be the voice of our company by building rapport and trust with every client you interact with.
  • Own your performance by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and service targets.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the sales cycle and a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
  • Guest-focused, confident, and driven by results.
  • Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand destinations.
  • Ability to work a 5-day rotating roster, including Saturdays.
