Luxury Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in expanding and delivering our portfolio of exceptional experiences. This role involves collaborating with carefully selected suppliers and trade partners, ensuring seamless execution of high-end tours, and enhancing our offerings for an international clientele.

As Luxury Experience Manager, you will not only deliver world-class itineraries but also have the creative freedom to design unforgettable moments that shape our reputation on the global stage. This role requires a passionate individual who loves curating exceptional travel experiences and has a great sense of humour and enthusiasm for the industry. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of Sydney's luxury tourism industry, enjoying insider access to Sydney's most exclusive venues, events, and experiences. You will build an influential network across 5-star hotels, international travel partners, and premium lifestyle brands, contributing directly to the growth of a globally recognised luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate bespoke itineraries tailored to specific interests and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, including Inbound Tour Operators (ITOs), Wholesalers, Travel Agents, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
  • Confirm tour bookings, issue invoices, and oversee all logistical arrangements.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally strong time management and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sydney's cultural, culinary, and hospitality landscape.
