We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the lifecycle of hire fleet assets, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be detail-driven, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the return-to-dispatch cycle of hire fleet assets, including inspections, preparation, and quality checks.
  2. Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high-quality standards for customer deliveries.
  3. Manage asset materials using a kanban system and track process improvements.
  4. Support operational teams with maintenance tasks as required.
  5. Stock management tasks ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
Requirements
  1. Current Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
  2. Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer literacy (MS Office) skills.
  3. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and motivate small teams.
  4. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
  5. A strong solutions-focused attitude and adaptability to meet competing deadlines.
  6. Some basic handy, maintenance skills and tool competency.
  7. Clear, professional communication and ability to build positive relationships.
