Your Responsibilities:
  • You will develop a strong partnership with the customer, resulting in mutual sales growth and driving commercial competitive advantage for Coty.
  • You will build strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the customer, delivering short- and long-term company, customer, and consumer objectives.
  • You will develop strategic projects with the customer to deliver future growth of the business, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and insight extraction.
  • You will guide and coach your direct reports, empowering them to perform their responsibilities and meet their potential.
  • You will coordinate the implementation of customer-specific promotion plans for our leading Coty brands, liaising with Marketing/Demand Planning/Trade Marketing/POS and customer buyer and supply teams.
  • You will prepare S&OP inputs detailing the 3-, 6-, and 12-month forecast and financial outlook.
  • You will work together with the Demand Planning team to ensure all external promotional proposals and internal promotional forecasts are aligned.
  • You will analyze customer EPOS data to track new product launches.
  • You will conduct pre- and post-promotional P&L analysis on revenue/profit potential and results of promotions.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a National Account Manager, ideally with a background in Beauty or FMCG within the Pharmacy or Grocery channel.
  • Strong consumer/shopper insights, analytical & numeric skills, including proficiency in tools like Circana/Nielsen.
  • Experience in budget planning and P&L management.
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills, including interpersonal communication.
  • A strong sense of individual accountability and ability to work autonomously while collaborating with other functional teams.

We estimate this position's annual salary to be around $120,000 - $150,000 AUD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
