We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Professional to join our venue management team as an Assistant Venue Manager. As part of our dynamic and dedicated team, you will be responsible for leading from the front and setting the floor alight, managing day-to-day responsibilities, providing excellent customer service, and working well under pressure.
About You- You should have sound experience in a similar role within a fast-paced venue.
- You must possess excellent communication skills and solid food and beverage knowledge.
- You should demonstrate enthusiasm, hard work, and honesty.
- You must show a good attitude and willingness to learn.
- You should be available to work a range of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

- Lead from the front and set the floor alight.
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities including FOH staff, education and training of staff, administration, menu consultation and planning, on and off-premise beverage sales, management of reservations and guest enquiries, function and event planning (coordination and delivery), coordination of venue maintenance and improvement, detailed reporting, coordination of stocktakes, adherence to budgets, implementation of OHS guidelines and RSA.

- Work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
