Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of complex projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level coordination support to project managers, ensuring department and project objectives are met.
  • Compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in project coordination and large projects.
  • An active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
