As a dedicated rehabilitation professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate complex career goals and circumstances. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality guidance services and making a positive impact on people's lives.
About You- You hold a tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology, preferably at the master's level
- Registration with relevant authorities such as AHPRA, AASW or ASORC
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to empower others and advocate for recovery and return to work
- Delve into assessments and provide expert guidance to help individuals overcome career barriers and adapt to changing circumstances
- Conduct thorough assessments to guide individuals toward their new career aspirations
- Cultivate relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) obstacles and design, implement, and monitor programs that facilitate injured employees' return to the workforce
- Maintain open dialogue with workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the health benefits of inclusive workplace practices
