Job Role

We're seeking a dedicated individual to support our clients in finding meaningful employment. This role involves working with people who require additional support, building relationships with local employers, and ensuring all activity is recorded and documented accurately.

A day in the life of this job may include:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.
