We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Disability Employment Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting job seekers with disabilities to transform their lives.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and securing employment opportunities, supporting participants to become job ready, and delivering quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, and a can-do approach. You will also need to have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Eligibility to work in Australia

- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
