Job OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Corporate Concierge to join our team on a job share basis. The successful candidate will work 5 days a week, with flexible hours across two roles. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm welcomes and excellent customer service to visitors, including sign-in and orientation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as visitor swipe cards.
- Assist clients and potential clients with information and service requests.
- Support Customer Service Officers with phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks.
- High levels of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a disability or aged care sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A competitive salary package, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
