COMMUNICATIONS AND CONTENT COORDINATOR
As the Communications and Content Coordinator, you'll be the ultimate brand ambassador for Hanes and encompass our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in everything you do. You'll have the exciting responsibility of strategizing, planning, executing and moderating LinkedIn content for all of our brand channels. You'll also be the go-to team player that is on the ground capturing content around the office and in-stores. This is an extremely exciting role if you're passionate about creating content and collaborating with both our Recruitment and Marketing teams to bring our EVP to life and attract the best talent. In the other half of your week, you'll work closely with our Head Of Communications + DEI and will be responsible for supporting a variety of internal and external communications activities for Hanes Australasia, including responsibility for our recently relaunched intranet, HAA HUB.
- This role is a 12 month, fixed term contract until the 4th of November 2025.

**Reporting into the Group Head of Communications, you will**:

- Develop, maintain and execute a content calendar in line with the EVP Pillars, including ownership of all scheduling and publishing
- Proactively come up with engaging content ideas - the sky's the limit
- Work alongside marketing teams to ensure all content aligns and is true to individual brand identity
- Stay on the pulse of what's happening in the wider business and recruitment space
- Develop and implement purposeful communications plans and assets to support internal and external communications
- Assist the Head of Group Communications +DEI in the development and delivery of HAA's internal and external communication strategy
- Other Ad hoc projects

You are confident, self-starting and proactive, and someone who is comfortable building and fostering strong internal relationships. You enjoy coordinating, collaborating and executing exciting content, and will gain exposure to multiple functions, including Recruitment, Marketing & Brand, Communications, Diversity, Equity + Inclusion (DEI) and Sustainability.
What experience do I have?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communication or equivalent
- Experience creating content including capturing and editing video content
- Familiar with LinkedIn and a love of social media
- Familiar with SharePoint
- Ability to create and implement communications plans
- Ability to create communication assets for internal and external use including digital, written and verbal
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and quickly adapt as priorities shift
