We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sydney Showground. As an Event Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with various event teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your main responsibilities will include setting up bars, retail outlets, and furniture; receiving, distributing, and rotating stock; and performing general maintenance tasks as required.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bump-in and bump-out of events, including cocktail parties, corporate functions, and other events
  • Setup and operation of bars, retail outlets, and furniture
  • Stock receiving, distribution, and rotation
  • General maintenance and ad-hoc tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also require a current Fork Lift license, current driving license (manual vehicle), and previous experience setting up beer systems is desirable. Additionally, you must hold a current RSA certificate or competency card recognized in NSW and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.About Us:
