Event Coordinator Role

Are you a skilled project manager seeking a challenging role where you can utilize your expertise to plan and execute large-scale events? As an Event Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and execution of annual conferences, including managing event logistics, promotional plans, budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis.

  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate all aspects of conference events, from venue selection to catering and audio-visual equipment setup.
  • Sponsorships: Manage third-party sponsorships, including tradeshows and DP World Tour sponsorships, to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

We Are Looking For:

  • Exceptional Project Manager: A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: 8+ years in a similar role, preferably with a technology vendor. Experience in network security is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be an asset.
