Design and Drafting Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced design professional to join our Victorian-based Projects team. As a talented Draftsperson, you will work on a variety of developments from large-scale residential townhome projects to light retail and early education commercial projects.

The role requires excellent drafting skills, with attention to detail and high-level accuracy when preparing construction documentation. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal development teams to ensure seamless transitions between handover and project execution.

To succeed in this position, you must be proficient in ArchiCAD and have tertiary qualifications in drafting and/or design. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the residential construction industry is essential, with commercial experience an advantage but not mandatory.
