We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer II to join our organization.
- Conceptualize and develop new construction projects for commercial buildings through all phases.
- Lead teams of architectural designers on domestic and international building types.
- Prepare construction drawings in aid of Building Integrated Modeling (BIM) and drafting software.
- Develop sustainable green building strategies for LEED certification.
This role requires experience in coding and zoning requirements, environmental regulations, urban constraints, and city requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
- 10 years of experience in Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan new construction projects for commercial buildings.
- Lead teams of architectural designers on domestic and international building types.
- Collaborate with consultants from landscape design, lighting design, and interior design disciplines.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of V-Ray rendering techniques.
- Experience with Revit building information modeling techniques and CAD drafting knowledge.
