
Experienced Tradespeople Required for Marine Maintenance Role

We are seeking experienced tradespeople to join our engineering and maintenance team. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and upkeep of our fleet and marine infrastructure.
Your work will support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our vessels.
- Undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial passenger vessels
- Fault diagnosis, repair, fabrication, installation and maintenance of vessel systems
- Carry out work efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality
- Collaborate with a team of tradespeople, technical staff, and vessel crew
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III or higher)
- Proven experience in your trade, preferably within the marine, defence, or heavy transport industries
- Able to assess a job, develop a plan, and see it through independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- A strong team mindset, but equally confident working unsupervised
- Flexibility to assist with tasks outside your direct trade when required
- A safety-first approach with knowledge of WHS practices
- Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism at all times
