Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home and Investment Lending Manager to join our team at ANZ. As a key member of our branch, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Lending Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of residential lending and retail banking to advise customers on their mortgage options.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential lending and retail banking.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
