About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team at Ethos360. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for prospecting referral partners, building partnerships within the local area, and working closely with our existing referral network and client base to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research with lender policies and identify suitable loan structures and solutions
  • Present loan strategies to clients, including tailored lender recommendations based on their unique financial situation
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and lender business development managers
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and real estate agents to ensure smooth loan processing and settlements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and regulations in the mortgage sector

About You:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker
  • Cert IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
  • Proven experience in residential lending, with SMSF and business lending experience highly regarded
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
