About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess strong command of both CNC programming and quality management in a contract manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities include overseeing the Quality Management System, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on quality, schedule, and cost performance. Additionally, utilizing extensive CNC programming background to develop efficient programs for mill and lathe applications.
Other responsibilities include creating/modify detailed work instructions and other shop floor documentation, developing comprehensive processing and quality assurance plans, investigating and performing Root Cause analysis of component non-conformances, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Key requirements include 5+ years of Mastercam programming / manufacturing engineering and quality assurance experience in an AS9100 or accredited environment, BS or AS degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, or a minimum of 10 years' experience in similar technical role with no degree.
