Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain the AS9100/ISO:9001 Quality Management System to ensure effective implementation across the organization.
  • Maintain, monitor, and report on quality, schedule, and cost performance to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong command of both CNC programming and quality management in a contract manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing quality management systems to meet customer requirements.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
  3. Providing training and support to production staff on quality procedures and protocols.
  4. Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality management role.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and reducing costs.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
