About this Role

We are seeking a dynamic and influential professional to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred clinical and care services.

The ideal candidate will work closely with colleagues to drive excellence in customer experience, clinical governance, compliance, and quality outcomes.

This pivotal position requires a proactive, flexible, and resourceful individual with up-to-date clinical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are met, particularly those of residents
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve and maintain accreditation standards and requirements
  • Mentorship, supervision, and education of staff to ensure quality services are delivered
  • Maximising funding opportunities
  • Developing and reviewing organisational policies and procedures
  • Lead analysis and assessment of incidents, complaints, risks or issues that arise

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nurse with extensive experience in Aged Care Management
  • Broad clinical background as a Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care and Residential Care
  • Long-standing experience in a senior role that has included staff supervision and program management
  • Ability to effectively lead a team and prioritise a substantial workload in order to achieve clinical outcomes
  • Self-motivated in relation to professional and career development opportunities
  • Sound judgement and ability to respond quickly and effectively to issues
