About the Role

The ideal candidate will organize, coordinate and schedule daily activities for the Clinical Director, Child and Youth Mental Health Service, ensuring optimal usage of available time. This includes arranging and maintaining a daily diary of meetings and appointments, organizing meetings and conferences, arranging venues, catering, teleconferencing and researching information necessary for the Clinical Director to attend such meetings and appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage petty cash and budgetary information.
  • Coordinate shared resources/equipment.
  • Collate and disseminate information or resources.
